Next Tuesday, the Honorable Patrick Mulloy will visit the University of Kentucky to speak on China. He is a commissioner on the US-China Economic and Security Review Commission, which earlier this week released its annual report. The general conclusion is that the United States lacks a single, unified China policy and that is harming our interests.
