Just a thought

As came up often in the last class, it still seems impossible to say that skill or tactics or technology alone is the defining advantage for our military. In the Desert Storm chapter, Biddle can't avoid acknowledging to some degree the importance of technology over tactics. Press also shows that Marine skill overcame a brief equality in firepower with the Iraqis, but in the end technology ended the battle. It's the combination of all facets of battle that determine the victor.
